LET'S GET TOGETHER FOR A LUAU!



Calling all Volunteers... It's time for our annual Christmas/Holiday Party and this year it's Luau style!!!! Wear your Hawaiian shirts (grass skirts and leis provided) and bring your favorite covered dish to share. And don't forget the talent show... Be creative!!!!

As We Pray for Rain...

Although the Savannas is currently too dry for kayaking, there is still an abundance of other
activities! Our education committee provided information and activities for over 900 people
during the month of October, through programs
at our park and education center, along with an
ongoing outreach program to local schools.

Awesome Halloween Festivities...

WOW!!!!!!
What an awesome turnout at our Halloween Festivities! On October 24th we had over 400 people enjoy the "Creatures of the Night" event. And for our "Haunted Trail" we had over 140 people travel our spooky trails that evening.

COME ENJOY SOME FREE FROG WATCHING FUN SEPTEMBER 5, 2009 at 7:30 pm. The crew meets at the Education Center on Walton Rd. the first Saturday of every month.
SPSP staff and citizen scientists from near and far help record data for the NWF Frogwatch USA program.

Smokey's 65th Birthday Bash!!!
